Vishnu’s Submersible motors are made out of premium quality of raw material and workmanship to ensure that pump is energy efficient, reliable and has a very long service life with negligible repairing.

Vishnu’s Submersibles Pump sets are manufactured as per IS : 8034 & IS : 9283 strict quality control for year of efficient & reliable operation.

All parts are manufactured and fitted precisely using CNC machine that imparts excellent mechanical strength and reliability.

Salient Features

  • All components are manufactured from materials as per Indian Standard Specifications. They are precisely machined on modern machines, Including CNC machines to give you years of reliable operation.
  • Submersible motors are easily re-windable using multi layer PVC insulated wire for better reliability.
  • The motors are designed to start at low voltage & working in a wide voltage fluctuation.
  • Self-aligned carbon Stainless steel thrust bearing which withstands high axial thrust load in water lubrication.
  • Motors have well designed sleeve and thrust bearings for longer life.
  • Motor Stator & Rotor are vaccum impregnated and coated properly to ensure corrosion resistance.
  • High operating efficiencies of pumpset result into high water discharge rate and lower power consumption.
  • All rotating components and assemblies are dynamically balanced to ensure long bearing life and vibration free smooth operation.
  • Superior designed cast iron/SS impellers and diffusers give higher hydraulic performance and greater efficiency and provide higher resistance against wear and tear from sand and other impurities.
  • The Pumpsets are compact and slim and can be easily installed in narrow wells.

Stator Vacuum Impregnated and epoxy coated for corrosion resistance. Thick end laminations are provided to protect motor windings
Rotor Vacuum impregnated, Epoxy coated for corrosion resistance & dynamically balanced for vibration free smooth operation
Windings PVC / Polyster insulated, water cooled
Bushes Leaded Bronze / Nitrile Rubber and Stainless Steel, Water Lubricated, having high load bearing capacity
Thrust Bearings Carbon Vs. Steel segment special self-aligning and water lubricated to withstand high axial thrust loads
Pressure Equalizing Diaphragm Adequately sized to accommodate expansion of water inside the motor and prevent loss of cooling water
Impeller High quality abrasion resistant Stainless Steel & dynamically balanced
Bowl High grade Cast Iron/Stainless Steel Investment Casted
Wear Rings High quality abrasion resistant Bronze/Nitrile Rubber
Shaft Stainless Steel of adequate diameter to ensure rigidity and ground to close tolerances
Suction Casing Provided with perforated Stainless Steel Strainer and adequately sized to allow the water to be sucked in with minimum friction
Cable Sealing Designed so that no borewell water with sand can enter the motor
